Monthly Recipe Competition

• Win a case (12 x 1litre) of Kara Dairy Free milk
• To enter:
  Send us your favourite lactose free recipe using Kara Dairy Free milk, along with a digital photo of the finished dish. Send to: recipes@karadairyfree.com

  - Name
  - Full Address & Postcode
  - Email address

Conditions of Entry
• The competition is open to all UK & Northern Ireland residents excluding any employees or suppliers of Kara Dairy Free or associated companies.
• Entries will be judged from those received during the current calendar month.
• Only one recipe should be submitted by each household in the current month.
• The author of the winning recipe for this month will be notified by email by the 15th of next month. The prize will be despatched within 5 working days of the winner being notified.
• The author of the winning recipe accepts that Kara Dairy Free, and its associated companies, will have the right to use the recipe and its image in any publicity materials or medium.
• We cannot guarantee to enter into any correspondence with entrants who have been unsuccessful.
• However, we intend to run a similar recipe competition each month – just check the website next month for further details.
